Wisayo Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Wisayo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wisayo for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- Use it for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the software
- Use it or its outputs to train AI models
- Access the app or its features using automation tools or bots
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Free Plan
- Available indefinitely, with no expiration date
- May include optional ads (which help fund AI costs)
- May be terminated if you violate these Terms
3.2 Paid Plans
- Renew automatically on your billing date
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law
- Cancel anytime before renewal — you will not be charged after the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account switches to the Free plan and your data remains on your device
- Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with advance notice by email
3.3 Paddle Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Your payment is also subject to Paddle's terms: paddle.com/legal
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
5. Wisayo Is Not Professional Advice
Wisayo is an AI-powered personal guidance tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice or services. Wisayo does not provide:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Mental health counseling, therapy, or psychological support
- Legal advice
- Financial or investment advice
The guidance provided by Wisayo is for informational and personal reflection purposes only. If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or other crisis, please seek help from a qualified healthcare provider, therapist, or appropriate professional immediately.
We strongly recommend consulting licensed professionals for any decisions related to your health, finances, legal matters, or emotional wellbeing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wisayo is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wisayo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (i) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wisayo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your content or the information you provide
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Abuse or disrupt the Service
Upon termination, your data remains encrypted on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, with an opt-out option available as described below.
