Wisayo — California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
1. Right to Know
You can request what personal information Wisayo collects, uses, and shares.
2. Right to Delete
You can request deletion of personal information we hold (with limited exceptions). Your vault data on your device is not affected.
3. Right to Opt-Out
You can opt out of:
- Sale or sharing of personal information (we do NOT sell data)
- Targeted advertising (disable in device settings)
4. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We offer the same service and pricing to all users.
5. How to Submit Requests

Subject line: "CCPA Request — [Your Request Type]"
Include:
- Your name
- Email associated with account
- Type of request (Know/Delete/Opt-Out)
- Description of request
We respond within 45 days.
6. Authorized Agent
You can designate an agent to submit requests on your behalf. Provide written authorization along with agent details.
7. What We Collect (CCPA Definitions)
Categories of personal information collected:
- Identifiers (email, device ID)
- Commercial information (subscription tier, purchase history)
- Internet activity (ad engagement, feature usage — aggregated)
- Inferences (not built into targeting profiles)
Information NOT collected:
- Vault contents
- Chat history
- Forecasts
- Relationship data stored on device
Sources: You provide directly; collected automatically from device. Purposes: Operate service, improve features, send transactional emails. Sharing: Third-party service providers only (never sold).
